Open Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) in York, PA

Print-O-Stat is seeking a sharp, energetic, go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit for their newly revamped and expanding Sales Development Department. This position focuses on the front-end of the sales cycle by cultivating qualified leads for the outside sales team. A typical workday will comprise of making 40 – 60 calls to companies who have the problems we solve and encouraging them to meet with our specialists. Eighty percent of one's time will be spent on the phone.

As part of the Marketing Department, the SDR will also participate in customer events. This position will make calls inviting people to attend as well as take part in event preparation, possible on-site event management, and hand-writing thank yous and creating reports afterward.



  • Make 40 – 60 calls per day to build and manage lead development pipeline
  • Prospect to organizations via cold-calling, emailing, voice messaging, and social media
  • Identify potential business opportunities for all divisions within the organization
  • Assess multiple business opportunities within a specific company
  • Develop and qualify leads to the point of hand off to the outside sales team
  • Provide baseline research to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
  • Develop rapport and engagement with prospects, clients, and co-workers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with outside sales teammates; become a valued member of that sales team. Works with territory sales person to create business development strategies
  • Provide weekly activity report to management
  • Use company CRM to document all customer/prospect communications and follow up activities
  • Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities

  • Proven self-management with the ability to prioritize workload to maximize efficiency

  • Learns and adapts quickly



  • High School Diploma with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
